This is a gently paced class where students learn how to align, open and strengthen the body gradually while stabilizing the platforms of the feet and ankles, hips and pelvis and shoulder girdle.  The class begins with general and targeted warm up sequences followed by Postures (asanas) which are taught from their foundations using fundamental building blocks to enable students to feel the postures correctly, safely and to their own ability before bringing it all together into a Vinyasa (breath connected) sequence and ending with relaxation in Savasana.  The practice will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life.  To find out more Call Louise on 087 603 2202 or Brockagh Centre on 0404 45600
