Tai Chi and QiGong classes

Tai Chi and QiGong are very powerful tools which help to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. There will be classes starting soon in Brockagh Resource Centre depending on the level of interest. If you are interested in joining the class call 0404 45600 to register your interest. Car Boot Sale                                                                                                                             Come to the Brockagh Centre for a browse on Sunday 2nd of October for our monthly Car Boot.   Great bargains are available from home baking, plants, clothes, movies, cd’s, books & antiques etc. It’s also a way to meet new people, socialize and stop for light refreshments. Vans must be booked in.  Book indoor spaces early but if you would rather be outside just show up in the morning at 8am. Tea Dance                                                                                                                                                   On the 27th of November there will be a tea dance at the Brockagh Resource Centre from 3pm to 6pm. Music and social pre-Christmas fun before the a busy December kicks in, a spacious hall where you can dance away the afternoon, brightening the winter months with old and new friends. Groups from any area are very welcome, large or small.

Walking in the Lightness of Being

The advanced teachings of the Lenmurian Mystery School use ancient wisdom to transform our lives and the lives of all. In this year of 2016 we are being challenged on many levels: socially, economically, emotionally and spiritually. This workshop on Sat, Oct 22nd from 9.30 to 18:00 was born out of the need to address these issues that arise from these challenges. Level 5 – Healthcare Support Major Award(5M4339) Nursing Studies(5M44349)

Mindful Athletic Performance

This course is for athletes who would like to get more from their sports performance, be more present and in the moment when training or competing, learn to modify their behaviour with awareness, overcome negative beliefs or thoughts that are holding your performance back, would like to achieve and realize their goals. Support workshop for parents                                                                                                                                     The workshop starting in early October at the Brockagh Centre is about how to best support yourself and your child if he/she is diagnosed with a learning disability, developmental or behavioral disorder.
