Mindful Cooking Workshop

In association with Mindful Health and Health Life Balance, join Lorraine and Linda as they take you on a mindful, sensory journey in the kitchen showing you just how easy you can put together beautiful tasty dishes by developing a skill long lost in the kitchen.. your intuition. Easter Camp at the Brockagh

Join us for our fun-filled Easter Camp, jam-packed with activities such as arts and crafts, Easter baking, hip-hop dancing, games, Easter Egg Hunt, and much more!  April 10th and 11th 10-1pm (Camps will run subject to numbers). Cycle4Families        

Charity event will be on the 1st of April from the Brockagh Centre, Laragh. The Ronald McDonald House provides twenty families, every night with accommodation, care and support while their children are seriously and long-term ill in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin. Awareness Meditation Retreat                  

Meditation retreats are a life changing opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and enable life balance. Colettle Nkunda, Living Oneness will be teaching this practice in a workshop at the Brockagh Centre on Saturday the 1st of April from 10.30am to 1.30pm. Caring for the Future of our Planet

Exploring the environmental impact of our lifestyles in view of creating a sustainable world for our children. We will explore our topics with short talks, videos and group discussions.  The last talk is on Mon March 27th – Committing to a better future in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8pm.

Pilates at the Brockagh

We Love Art                                                                    

Classes on Monday afternoons are for Primary school children. They are taught by artist and qualified art teacher Almha Roche. We work with lots of different art and craft forms. Adult Art                                                          

This painting class will help you to find your own artistic style in your preferred medium. It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced painters. Take up a new hobby or develop your skills and techniques in a friendly and informal group. Drama School                                

Drama modules will incorporate improvisation, mime, script work, vocal training and acting skills. Students will also learn from the Irish Board of Speech and Drama syllabus and be afforded opportunities to take graded examinations under a fully qualified teacher. Elevation Dance School
