Laragh Badminton Club
Classes are on Mon evenings in the Brockagh Centre for Fourth Class (7 to 8 pm) with Fifth and Sixth Classes (8 to 9 pm). On Thursday evenings, secondary school students play between 7 and 8 pm. Membership costs €60 per child for the year; €16 of this goes directly to Badminton Ireland. The membership fee for Senior players is €120 – playing time is 9 to 10 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Morning Yoga with Louise
Louise’s yoga class will be held every Thursday from 10 to 11.15 am. This is a gently-paced class where students learn how to align, open and strengthen the body gradually while stabilizing the platforms of the feet and ankles, hips and pelvis and shoulder girdle. The class begins with general and targeted warm-up sequences followed by postures (Asanas) and Vinyasa (breath-connected) sequences before final relaxation in Savasana. Our very popular Chair Yoga class will take place on Thursdays from 11.30 am to 12.45 pm. Chair Yoga is suitable for almost everyone and helps students find balance and calm in everyday life. The class takes students through centering and breath-work, followed by postures that let the joints move through their range of movement whilst seated or through use of the chair whilst standing. Irish Dancing Classes
Irish Dancing on Saturday mornings from 9am-10am. Classes cater for any age over 3yrs and all levels including absolute beginners. Registered members of An Comhdhail, fully Garda Vetted and insured. Duties include input of books and records, bank reconciliations, Vat returns, payroll and general office duties. Excellent opportunity to gain experience in a community environment . Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts procedures good computer skills and ability to work on your own. A working knowledge of QuickBooks, Thesaurus Payroll and Excel. Good communication skills and an ability to work within a team environment as well as a good telephone manner

Go4Life Games Day
