Glendalough Country Market & Car Boot Sales 2020      

Encouraging local and non-local producers of plants, vegetables, crafts etc. Our next event for 2020 will be on Sun 8th of March, open from 10am to 4pm. Bargains on practically anything from household items to garden additions, and even vintage or antique treasures. Vans must be booked in. Please pre-book indoor spaces early. Roundwood Variety Show

Brockagh Resource Centre will be hosting the ever entertaining and talented Roundwood Variety Show performers again this year from 31st January to 2nd Feb, 2020 with Robin Hood, The Magical Pantomime Adventure. To buy a ticket visit www.roundwoodvarietygroup.com.

RTE All Walks of Life TV Show

In 2019 the Brockagh Resource Centre provided the use of our facilities to the new RTE show All Walks of Life, starting on Friday 17th of January. The second episode of the show will feature Mary McAleese with Amy Huberman walking the St.Kevin’s trail in Wicklow and will be broadcast on Friday the 31st of January at 8.30pm.

Mobile Library

The mobile library visits Lynhams car park every second Thursday from 12.15 noon to 12.50 pm. The next visits will take place on 16th and 30th of Jan 2020.

Morning Yoga with Louise

Louise’s yoga class will be held every Thursday from 10 to 11.15 am in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh.. This is a gently-paced class where students learn how to align, open and strengthen the body gradually while stabilizing the platforms of the feet and ankles, hips and pelvis and shoulder girdle. The class begins with general and targeted warm-up sequences followed by postures (Asanas) and Vinyasa (breath-connected) sequences before final relaxation in Savasana. Chair Yoga                                                                                                                                  

Our very popular Chair Yoga class will take place on Thursdays from 11.30 am to 12.45 pm in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh.. Chair Yoga is suitable for almost everyone and helps students find balance and calm in everyday life. The class takes students through centering and breath-work, followed by postures that let the joints move through their range of movement whilst seated or through use of the chair whilst standing. Irish Dancing Classes

Irish Dancing on Saturday mornings from  9am-10am. Laragh Badminton Club

Badminton classes are in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh with  Monday evenings: Juniors 7-8pm (1st yr secondary students), 8-9pm (5th & 6th Class-national school) on Thurs evenings:  6.45-7.45pm(4th class national school), 7.15-8.15pm (teenagers secondary school), Adults 8-9pm.
