Gymboree is coming to Happy Days
On Wednesday 26th November Gymboree will be joining the mothers, carers, babies and toddlers at Happy Days in the Brockagh Centre at 11.30 a.m. Gymboree is musical themed class of active fun promoting a love of music through song, dance, movement games and instruments. Children explore the power of rhythm, melody, tonality and beat while developing physical, social and intellectual skills. Community Christmas Tree Lighting Event
This year’s event will take place on Sunday 7 of December at 5.30 p.m on the green in front of Lynhams. We encourage everyone to dress up or even wear their Christmas jumpers. There will be a Table Quiz on Thursday, November 27 at 8 p.m. Lynham’s Hotel Laragh in Wicklow, Ireland in aid of the Laragh Community Christmas Tree Lighting Event. Teams of 4 people, €20 per table.
Christmas Gift Fair
Our Christmas Gift Fair this year at the Brockagh Centre will be held on Saturday and Sunday 6 and 7 December. Santa will be making his usual trip to the Centre and will be here from 1 to 3pm both days. There will be lots of hand-made and unique Christmas gifts for you to choose from (some costing as little as €5). You will find home baking, jams and chutneys, Christmas puddings and cakes, jewellery, hand-knits, candles, Christmas wreaths, glass and pottery, plants and much, much more. Cancer Support
Rathdrum Cancer Support are hosting a Christmas craft fair on Saturday 13 of December in the market square in Rathdrum (If the weather is bad it will be indoors) form 11a.m. – 3 p.m. – Stalls €10.00 each with all proceeds going to Rathdrum Cancer Support. Rathdrum cancer support will be there on the day with refreshments and selling our Christmas cards and our Rathdrum Cancer Support homemade Christmas candles! Citizen’s Information
The Citizen’s Information Centre at the Brockagh Centre is open on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The next dates are Tuesday 2nd and 16th December from 10am until 12 noon for information relating to your rights and entitlements. No appointment necessary. This is a free and confidential service.

Handball 4 Kids
There is handball training for 5-8 year old boys and girls on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-7.15p.m. in the Annamoe Community Centre. For more information drop in on the evening or contact Oliver Donelon on 087 9040535. Training for adults continues on Thursday nights at 8 p.m..
AA Meetings
Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night. If you think that you may have a problem with alcohol please come along.
