Mass of Remembrance

A mass of Remembrance for those who died in the past year will be celebrated in St Kevin’s Church at 7p.m. on Saturday 8 November. All family and friends welcome

Zumba

New Zumba with Adam starts this Wednesday evening at the Brockagh Centre from 7 to 8 p.m. All welcome – have lots of fun while getting fit. Call (0404) 45600

Christmas Gift Fair

Our Christmas Gift Fair this year will be held on Saturday and Sunday 6 and 7 December. Santa will be making his usual trip to the Centre and there will be lots of hand-made and unique Christmas gifts for you to choose from (some costing as little as €5). You will find home baking, jams and chutneys, Christmas puddings and cakes, jewellery, novelty bird-tables, hand-knits,   candles, Christmas wreaths, glass and pottery, plants and much, much more. Our Christmas Village

Help is needed as our community looks forward once again to celebrating Christmas by lighting-up the village, carol singing and ensuring Santa makes an appearance for the children.   If you would like to help organise these events, please leave your name and phone number in the Brockagh Centre and, in the spirit of Christmas, the more the merrier! Donations or raffle prizes are welcome.

Citizen’s Information

The Citizen’s Information Centre at the Brockagh Centre is open on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The next dates are Tuesday 18 November from 10 a.m. until 12 noon for information relating to your rights and entitlements.   No appointment necessary. This is a free and confidential service.

HACCP Training

AA Meetings

Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night.  If you think that you may have a problem with alcohol please come along.
