Car Boot Sale
The next Car Boot Sale will take place on Sunday 3 May (May Bank Holiday). Always a great opportunity for a bargain and some great new items as well. Vans must be booked in. Remember we have limited car park spaces for the next few months so please pre-book indoor spaces early. Contact the Brockagh Centre on 0404-45600.

Boot Camp
A new session of Boot Camp starts back on Bank Holiday Monday 4 May at 8.15pm. This is a great all over body conditioning workout where everyone can work to their own level.

Talk on Archaelogical Research
Recent Archaeological Research in Glendalough, Bolger’s Cottage Education Centre, Upper Lake, Glendalough. Friday May 8, 2015 from 6 to 7.30 p.m. This event is free and all are welcome. Please note there is a 4 euro charge for parking at the Upper Lake Car Park. The evening will include reviews of the key findings of recent excavations and survey at the Upper lake and adjacent to the main monastic complex. Speakers include National Monuments Service, Discovery Programme and UCD School of Archaeology.

Mobile Library
The mobile library is in Laragh every second Thursday from 12 noon until 12.50pm. The first 10 minutes are usually outside the Brockagh Centre and then the mobile library goes down outside Lynhams. The next dates are Thursday 30 April and 14 May.

Citizen’s Information
The Citizen’s Information Centre at the Brockagh Centre is open on 1st Tuesday of the month. The next date is Tuesday 5 May from 10am until 12 noon for information relating to your rights and entitlements. No appointment necessary. This is a free and confidential service.

Wicklow Man
Dance to the music of the Wicklow Man every Tuesday night at the Brockagh Centre from 9.30 p.m

Concert Choir from USA
Northwest University Concert Choir from Washington State, USA will join St. Kevin’s Church Choir at mass in St. Kevin’s Church on Sunday 17th May at 11.30 a.m. All welcome.

Afternoon Tea Dance
Laragh Glendalough Active Retirement association as part of the Bealtaine Festival are hosting an afternoon tea dance on Sunday 24th May from 3-6 p.m. Music by the Wicklow Man. Admission 5 euro – refreshments served.

Blessing of the Graves
The Blessing of the Graves in Glendalough will take place on Saturday 16 May at 8 p.m.and the Blessing of the Graves in Brockagh will take place on Saturday 23 May at 7.45 p.m.

AA Meetings
Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night. If you think that you may have a problem with alcohol please come along.

5Rhythms Movement
5Rhythms Movement Meditation with Sherron St Clair.
Work out and meditate in the same breath. Last four classes before the summer break.

The ‘drop in’ cost is €15 or €12 elders, unwaged and students, 6 Class Dance Card €60. Valid for any class, expires when you do, is totally transferable, and you can bring a buddy on your card.
