Mobile Library The mobile library will be in Laragh on the following dates ; Thursday 1st, 15th and 29th July from 11am til 12 noon. Citizen’s Information The Citizen’s Information Centre at the Brockagh Centre is open on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The next dates are Tuesday the 6th and 20th July from 10am until 12 noon for information relating to your rights and entitlements. No appointment necessary. This is a free and confidential service. Adult Career Guidance Service The VEC Adult Guidance Service in the Brockagh Centre will takes place on the first Monday of the month (month where there isn’t a bank holiday) from 11am until 1pm. This careers/education service is free, friendly, confidential, supportive and available to all adults over 18 years of age. For more information or to make an appointment contact Irene Hayden on 086-8061569. AA Meetings Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre in Laragh at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night. If you think that you may have a problem with alcohol please come along. Tuesday Night - Dance Night Tuesday night is dance night at the Brockagh Centre from 10 pm till late with the Wicklow Man. Car Boot Sale The next Car Boot Sale will take place on Sunday 4th July from 11am til 4pm. There will also be an extra Car Boot Sale on the 18th July. Vans must be booked in. Contact the Brockagh Centre on (0404) 45600. Country & Craft Market The next Country, Craft & Gift Market at the Brockagh Centre will take place on Sunday 11th July from 11am until 4 pm. Contact Colette on (0404) 45600. Saturday Night Dance Night The next Saturday night dance in the Brockagh Centre takes place on Saturday June 26th from 9.30 p.m. Music by Richie Halpin and on Saturday 31st July with Tommy Carroll. |
