Laragh Glendalough Notes Week beg 23rd May

Bealtaine Tea Dance  at the Brockagh Centre                                                                                                                  Over eighty five enthusiastic dancers came in great style to celebrate Bealtaine with The Wicklow Man Sunday last. This year we had two young people dancing who regularly compete in ballroom competitions. With sandwiches, cakes, a mega raffle and three hour dancing they left looking forward to the next tea dance. A big thank you to all the generous people who brought raffle prizes along. Stanislaw Jerzy Lec once said, ‘Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art’.
